With our managed services offering for businesses we take a proactive approach to managing your network and technology assets.
Using a remote monitoring agent we monitor key services on servers, workstations and network devices. System does not need to be on the internal lan - just have internet connection.
We are notified about any service disruptions or if an important process fails (backup for example). We are informed of problems in most cases before the customer is aware that there is an issue.
We will visit your site weekly or as needed to check your network and do any "tune up" required using a comprehensive checklist to identify and correct problems.
Technology Review
Each quarter we will meet with you to discuss any changes happening in your business that effect the network and look at new updates in computer technology which may give your company another competitive advantage.

Being a Managed Services client entitles your company to priority service. You will also get a substantial discount from the regular hourly rates for standard time-and-materials customers.
No long term contracts - If you are not satisfied with the service just give us 30 days notice.
